THE BOSSES SON...Studied project management at George Brown College, training in all aspects of the trade and management. Donnaven is always bringing new ideas and products to light to improve on quality & efficiency. 

Drywall Mechanic and Service. Scott has faithfully been with JW for over a decade. Offering his wide range of skills in all forms of drywall application, various bead installation, taping, a wide range of trouble shooting skills, and most importantly, invaluable character.

John, a loyal partner who produces the company standard quality. Talented in all areas, from rounds, reveals, level 5, and flush-mount.

If there's an impossible job, Bill is the man, along with his work partner Steve.

Many of the impressive rounds the company showcases are his handiwork.

Steve , is a great team player with a forward thinking mind seeking to build JW Custom more and more. Also the proud face of a respected taping product '3-way'.

Julian is the seasonal man, who's quality JW is proud to stand behind. He also specializes in custom wall design sculptures. Work can be seen under gallery.

Meshach is an invaluable asset to the company. Maintaining a contagious spirit of humility and honesty that helps to shape the heart of JW. He also offers an increasingly wide range of skills. A mechanic in training. 

The master beader with an incredible eye for detail. Ranging from vinyl, aluminum, reveals, archways, knife edge, and pre-form installation.

The companies most qualified steel framer who is respected by all the builders that have hired JW.  He is from Croatia, and though his English spelling is horrendous, his precision and work ethic outshines.
